Does Swizero store my email content?
No. Swizero does not store raw email content on its servers.
Does email content leave my device?
Only when AI summaries, triage, or drafts are needed. Content is processed and immediately deleted.
Is ranking on-device?
Yes. Ranking uses local heuristic scoring on your device.
Are summaries on-device?
No. Summaries use zero-retention cloud AI processing via Anthropic.
Are drafts on-device?
No. Drafts use zero-retention cloud AI processing. Content deleted immediately after generation.
Is my email used for model training?
No. Your email content is never used for model training by Swizero or its AI providers.
Can Swizero send emails automatically?
Never. Nothing sends without your explicit approval.
What Gmail scopes are requested?
gmail.modify (read emails + manage labels), openid, email, profile. We never request gmail.send without your action.
Where are tokens stored?
iOS SecureStore (hardware-backed keychain). Never on Swizero servers.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. One-tap account deletion removes all associated data immediately.
Is there a DPA?
Planned for business users at launch.
Is SOC 2 planned?
Planned. We do not currently hold SOC 2 certification.
